PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING fresh HERBS:

SHIPPING TIMES: All orders are shipped out no later than one week (7 days) after ordering, weather permitting. Weekend orders are shipped one week (7 days) from the next business day. Herbs are harvested fresh to order, so weather can cause a delay in shipping times. We will notify you if a weather delay occurs. You will receive a tracking email notification once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for missed tracking emails, so check your spam/junk folders. We are not responsible for fresh herb packages that are not picked up or opened in a timely manner. Please track your fresh herbs closely!

FRESH HERB SHIPPING: We only ship Fresh Leafy Herbs/Flowers via USPS Express or UPS Overnight shipping. If you choose a slower shipping method for fresh leafy herbs/flowers, your order will automatically be canceled. Fresh Herb Roots can be shipped via a slower method at your own risk.

FRESH HERB HANDLING: PLEASE PLAN AHEAD! Remove your fresh herbs from the bags immediately upon arrival to let them “breathe”. We highly recommend processing your fresh herbs immediately upon arrival. DO NOT keep the herbs inside the original packaging for any amount of time. Moisture builds up inside these bags because of temperature fluctuations during shipment and this can easily cause mold or other damage to your herbs. We do not recommend refrigerating your herbs. *Please note that all fresh herbs shipped overnight will still likely arrive a bit wilted, yet very fresh and perfect for drying, cooking, teas, tincturing and much more.

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK: All shipped fresh herbs are ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. There are no guarantees, refunds or replacements for fresh herbs unless special unforeseen circumstances arise. While we take every step to make sure your herbs arrive in good condition, we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping or the resulting herb quality.

SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our online store at checkout. If you are ever ‘over charged’ for shipping costs, we will refund you when your order ships.

LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES: We are not responsible for any lost, broken, or damaged items once items have been scanned into possession by USPS. All lost and damaged claims must be made by the customer through the USPS website. USPS priority mail or express mail includes $100 insurance.
